AAPI Mental Wellness Summit
Saturday, June 4, 9AM - 3PM
Location: Venue TBD in Aurora, CO
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT:
Friday, May 6, 2022 at 5PM MT
An honorarium will be provided for your time and knowledge.
On Saturday, June 4, the mental wellness summit will be held for the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community and other BIPOC communities.
With the rise in anti-Asian hate, the isolation from COVID-19, and the perpetual foreigner stereotype for the API population, there is an increased need in cultivating and improving the mental wellness of our communities.
The Mental Wellness Summit aims to tackle the taboo of mental illness, increase education regarding mental wellness, and promote resources for API community members.
