We invite you to join a transformative workshop designed to empower and connect you within a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming community.

This workshop is for you if…

- you identify as neurodivergent (highly sensitive person, autistic, ADHD, and more)

- you’re wondering if you’re neurodivergent and would like to learn more

you don’t use any labels, but you’re curious about neurodiversity

What we’ll do together:

- Learn about neurodiversity (including high sensitivity, autism, ADHD) from an affirming & culturally sensitive point of view.

- Have an open conversation about neurodiversity & identity in the AAPI community

- Create a sensory soothing toolkit

- Learn strategies to manage overwhelm & burnout

Ask any questions to a neurodivergent therapist!

*Must be 18+ years old to participate
